A native of Detroit, Michigan, and a mid-west girl at heart, Crystal Reed always knew she wanted to perform. “I am humbled to be a part of a creative community that has given me such an opportunity,” she has said. Acting is my passion. It is my love affair.” Crystal played “Allison Argent” on MTV’s hit series TEEN WOLF, for three seasons. Reed received back to back Teen Choice nominations for her role at Allison Argent and won the “Best Cast Ensemble,” Young Hollywood Award.

She also starred in the feature films TOO LATE opposite Academy Award nominee John Hawkes, CRUSH opposite Lucas Till, JEWTOPIA, Universal Studio’s sci-fi thriller SKYLINE and Warner Brothers CRAZY, STUPID, LOVE opposite Steve Carell and Ryan Gosling. Reed has guest starred on DROP DEAD DIVA, CSI, CSI: NEW YORK and RIZZOLI & ISLES. Crystal Reed attended Wayne State University and was a part of the BFA program. She moved to Chicago and appeared in local productions throughout the city. As a child she dreamed of telling stories and taking others on an emotional journey to new worlds. She studied dance from an early age and was dance captain in high school in Roseville, CA. She was an active member of her local community theatre and starred in various productions, including Annie, Fiddler on the Roof, and Grease.

A lover of fashion, Reed sets her own style and incorporates a touch of vintage and the unexpected into her wardrobe. She keeps physically-fit through a devotion to yoga and running.
